1. Refund Eligibility
Drainpurge Ltd offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid educational consultations and programmes from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
- The service or material has not been substantially accessed or consumed
- The request is made in writing to info@drainpurge.world
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Completed one-to-one consultation sessions (after service delivery)
- Digital materials that have been accessed and downloaded
- Programmes where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Free guides, resources, or promotional materials
3. Refund Process
- Submit refund request to info@drainpurge.world with order details
- Include reason for refund request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
4. Cancellation of Upcoming Services
Consultations or scheduled sessions can be cancelled with 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of the service fee.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if: a service was not delivered as described, significant technical issues prevented access, or due to extraordinary circumstances. Each case is reviewed individually.
6. Defective or Damaged Materials
If digital materials are corrupted, inaccessible, or don't function as described, we will either provide a replacement or full refund at your choice.
7. Promotional Sales
Items purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same 14-day refund policy. Refunds are issued at the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.
8. No Questions Asked Guarantee
Within the 14-day window, we do not require extensive justification. Simply let us know you'd like a refund and we'll process it (subject to the conditions above).
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 7 days with additional information. Appeals will be reviewed by our management team.
